On 5 June 2021, Dr.LI Hu, CMAC Vice-Chairman was invited as a panellist in the CASS-SIAC International Arbitration and Mediation Workshop and highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy interaction between the arbitral institution and the arbitral tribunal, giving party autonomy priority over arbitration rules as well as improving transparency in the arbitral process. The workshop was organized by the Institute of International Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS), in collaboration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and supported by the Beijing Financial Street Service Bureau.
