On the morning of 22 September 2017, CHEN Bo, Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) and Vice President of the Court of Arbitration, and her entourage visited the Norwegian SKULD P&I Club (SKULD).
